Back in 1974 Stuart Hooper had the vision to recognise the potential of Bannockburn as a fine wine producing region.
Since then Bannockburn Vineyards has achieved an enviable reputation as one of the most highly rated small makers in Australia - Bannockburn Chardonnay and Pinot Noir are regarded amongst Australia’s best. The flavour intensity and structure of their wines can be attributed to the established, dry-grown vineyards and a purist, uncompromising approach to winemaking.
